Welcome to Permanent House of Beauty. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any appointments.

1. General

1.1. Service Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with Permanent House of Beauty, you enter into a service agreement with us, governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Appointments

2.1. Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

2.3. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, but you will still be responsible for the full payment.

3. Payments

3.1. Down Payment: A non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This payment will be applied to the total cost of your service.

3.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance for the service is due upon completion of the service.

3.3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept e-Transfer via Interac e-Transfer, DEBIT CARD, MASTER CARD, VISA CARD and CASH.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Non-Refundable Down Payment: The down payment made to secure your appointment is non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect our business from last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

4.2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. The down payment will not be refunded but may be applied to a future service at our discretion if rescheduled within the allowable time frame.
    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the down payment. Rescheduling may also be subject to a rebooking fee.

4.3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your down payment will be forfeited. Repeat no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

4.4. Refunds for Completed Services: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss possible adjustments or corrections.

4.5. Service Adjustments: We offer complimentary touch-ups or adjustments within 7 days of the original service date if the issue is related to the quality of our work. Requests for adjustments after this period or due to personal preference changes may incur additional charges.

5. Client Obligations

5.1. Health Conditions: Clients are responsible for informing us of any health conditions or allergies that may affect the service. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed.

5.2. Before Care Instructions: To ensure the best outcome for your Microblading/Combo Brows/Ombré Powder Brows procedure, you must adhere to the following preparation guidelines:

    • Do not thread, tweeze, wax, or perform electrolysis one week before the procedure.
    • Avoid drinking alcohol 72 hours before your appointment.
    • Refrain from consuming coffee, sodas, juices, or any acidic drinks 72 hours prior.
    • Do not tan or expose your face to the sun two weeks prior to the service.
    • Avoid facials or skincare treatments two weeks before the procedure.
    • Do not work out on the day of your appointment.
    • Stop using serums, toners, night creams, retinol, or peeling products two weeks before your appointment.
    • Wash your hair the morning of your appointment, as healing tattoos should not get wet for the first 72 hours.
    • Refrain from Botox or filler treatments three weeks prior, and inform us of any injections.
    • Do not take Fish Oil, Collagen, or vitamins like A, B3, C, D3, prenatal vitamins, or multivitamins one week before the procedure (they act as natural blood thinners).
    • If you take contraceptive pills, please inform us, as some may have blood-thinning effects.
    • Do not wax or tint your eyebrows one week prior to the procedure.
    • Remove contact lenses before the procedure.

5.3. Aftercare Instructions: Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing and results for your Ombré Powder Brows. Please follow these guidelines:

    • Avoid getting your brows wet for the first 5 days.
    • Refrain from working out or sweating excessively during the healing process.
    • Do not touch or peel off scabs; they will shed naturally.
    • Avoid applying skincare products or makeup around the brow area for at least 12-14 days.
    • Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid heavy sun exposure.
    • Do not undergo any facial treatments until the healing process is complete.
    • Avoid long, hot showers to prevent steam from affecting the brows.
    • Avoid washing your brows extensively for 7-14 days.
    • Refrain from consuming caffeine (in food or drink) for at least 72 hours after the procedure.

6. Liability

6.1. Limitations: Permanent House of Beauty will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with the service.

6.2. Disclaimer: We strive to provide the highest quality of service, but individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as they are subject to factors beyond our control.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Personal Information: Your personal information, including your name, contact details, and any other data provided during the booking process, will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

8.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
